Welcome to Syntheto

Established in April 2016, Syntheto are a privately owned Construction Company operating mainly in the private residential sector, looking to provide a high quality of workmanship and service across the board from the initial outset of meeting pre Tender through to completion of any given project. Syntheto Construction are an extremely programme orientated contractor looking to achieve projects within the proposed timescales set out prior to being awarded any contract and working with a trusted and highly skilled workforce ensure all projects are finished to an exceptionally high standard.

Syntheto are co-owned by Stuart Banks and Graham Towner who, with a combined 50 years of experience within the building industry, oversee every project and all elements of any specific project with a very personal approach liaising with clients, architects, engineers, local authorities and contractors across the board ensuring extremely high standards.

We are also registered with the NHBC (National House Building Council) and work closely with the CITB (Construction Industry Training Board).
